For $250, we will show up to 6 pictures of your home on this web site, along with a full description until it sells. In addition to the listing, we will provide an attractive and sturdy yard sign (installed) displaying this web address and your phone number. The sign remains property of fsboKettleMoraine.
Just fill out the information form, mail it to us along with up to 6 pictures and your payment, and everything will be up on the web site in a few days. We'll send you a confirmation e-mail telling you that it's available.
Changes to your listing can be made at any time free of charge. If you prefer to e-mail the information to us, feel free. If you have a digital camera and wish to e-mail the pictures to us, please do so. Save the pictures in the .jpg format and keep them as small as possible (<50K, for quick web viewing). Every attempt will be made to show your property at its best. We reserve the right to edit pictures submitted to us.
If you choose to have an open house and would like to announce it, just let us know. We'll be happy to include it on our Open Houses page. It's updated weekly to let others know when you'll be showing your property to the public.
Your privacy is a matter that we do not take lightly. We DO NOT release, publish, sell, rent, or give away any information about a client without their express consent. On the bottom of the information form we ask if we may include certain information about you. This is only to give potential buyers some way of notifying you, the seller.
We at fsboKettleMoraine are not real estate agents. Beyond the initial $250 listing fee, we receive nothing. Neither the buyer nor the seller pay a commission to fsboKettleMoraine when your house is sold. The thousands of dollars you save are yours to keep.
